Mental Models to Develop Targeted and Effective Messaging – Melanie Thornton WSU – Come join the collaborative conversation about regional water resources! WSU graduate students will be facilitating a workshop designed to understand individual mental models about the region’s water resources. Mental models are images, representations, or schemes of how we perceive and understand the world around us. We will use these mental models to develop more targeted and effective messaging techniques.
