Washington State University, Central Washington University, University of Idaho and the University of Utah are collaborating on a National Science Foundation and United States Department of Agriculture funded research grant named Watershed Integrated Systems Dynamic Modeling or WISDM. Doctoral Students Tung Nguyen and Heather Baxter explain the technical aspects of modeling the Spokane River ‘s low flow trends in a changing environment.
